Updated Type RS bov not boosting off single barbed fitting

So heres whats going on I have the bov type RS hose hooked up to the intake like its supposed to be but there is only one barbed fitting so thats throwing me off a little bit. Also I have the hallman MBC hooked up the bottom to the IC pipe and the top fitting goes to the to the Wastegate, for some wierd reason my car isnt boosting worth the crap. I have an automatic with basically all stage 1 mods it has a 16g turbo VRSF,CAI,680 injectors,DSM link ECt eCt everything minus cams. also another note is I do not have the Boost solenoid hooked up to anything or blocked off and my cold air intake has 1 open nipple anyone know what I need to do? Or can someone shoot me a picture of there single barbed fitting type rs hooked up ###?
