Update on problem

So I replaced the injector seals today and did a boost leak test at the throtle body elbow and they are not leaking anymore. The only thing that is leaking is my BISS screw. My idle is still really high though (2500 rpms) and my vacuum is reading 14. My IAC is working. Is there a certain way that I am supposed to put my TPS on because I just put it on and lined up the screw holes?? This damn idle is starting to annoy me.

It also took 3 times to start the car because it stalled the first 2 times

Would the BISS screw leak cause that high of a idle. My BISS is all the way tight

you have to adjust the tps when you install a new one or remove it,
this is how you do it.
1. Loosen the 2 TPS screws.
2. Put a feeler gauge of .0177" under the stop screw
3. Turn the car to the ON position
4. Rotate the TPS until pins 3 & 4 lose continuity (open)
5. Verify that the voltage between pins 2 & 4 is .4-1 volt with the feeler still in.
6. Tighten TPS bolts and remove feeler gauge.

ok what is a feeler gauge and what is the stop screw?
also do I put + or 3 and - on 4 and the reading should be 0?

If you just "put" that tps on then that is definitely your problem man.

Don't worry, I got this:

It doesn't matter which lead goes where, you're just testing continuity of the idle switch.

ok thanks ill get the feeler gauge tomorrow but what is the stopper screw??
And I just put the TPS on and do this or is there a certain way to put the tps on first.

You put the TPS on, put your feeler gauge in position, then adjust the TPS until the idle switch is set properly.

thanks for all that searching but I still don't know where the stopper screw is, I will have to go to the garage tomorrow and look.
Also it says rotate it until pins 3 and 4 go from closed to open, so does that mean the volt meter will read 0?
Sorry for all the questions

Ok well my TPS is set correctly and I still have a high idle so looks like I am back to square one.
