when you drill holes in a 1g bov flange to fit a greddy if you go back to the 1g do you have to plug those holes up with something???
I'd just RTV the 1g BOV gasket around the main hole (both sides of the gasket). The stock 1g BOV gasket has some sticky goo in a circle around the BOV hole, but I think it's only on one side. If you seal there, it doesn't matter if your flange is swiss cheese. That's my $0.02

Be careful if you use rtv around the BOV hole. If you do, then you should wait the entire 24 hours to make sure no rtv gets sucked into the engine.

IMO I don't think it would really matter if you plugged the holes or not. You could just put a little bit in each greddy hole if you really wanted to.

You could just pick up gasket material at autozone or whatever and cut your own out and try it without plugging the holes. If it doesn't work, just cut out a new one and use a little rtv in the holes.

That's what I was talking about. There are 5 holes in the flange: 2 pairs of bolt holes (one pair for the 1g BOV and one pair for the Greddy BOV) and the big recirc hole. Just put RTV around the large hole on both sides of the gasket (doesn't have to be a lot - just enough to seal without squeezing massive amounts into the UICP). Bolt the BOV on and let it set up.

You could just try a gasket without any rtv, it's not like it's hard to tighten two bolts. Then check if it leaks and if it doesn't then yay your done. If it does then put a little rtv and wait a while.
