when you drill holes in a 1g bov flange to fit a greddy if you go back to the 1g do you have to plug those holes up with something???

I'd just RTV the 1g BOV gasket around the main hole (both sides of the gasket). The stock 1g BOV gasket has some sticky goo in a circle around the BOV hole, but I think it's only on one side. If you seal there, it doesn't matter if your flange is swiss cheese. IMO I don't think it would really matter if you plugged the holes or not. You could just put a little bit in each greddy hole if you really wanted to.
You could just pick up gasket material at autozone or whatever and cut your own out and try it without plugging the holes. If it doesn't work, just cut out a new one and use a little rtv in the holes.
