is there anything good quality and cheap?, dave brode's uicp is the best bet but hes been mia for a while now. dejon tool prices are just too high for uicp, and so is buschur. are dejon uicp worth $$?, eventually ill go with a FMIC route but not for a while, just want to improve my throttle response. any suggestions, thanks in advance..

If you are upgrading to improve throttle response, hold off. The thing that affected throttle response the most was removing my cruise control and switching to a non-cruise control cable.

Of course, there are alot of other reasons to upgrade, including the fact that the stock rubber hose is shitty and prone to leaks.

Keep in mind your link doesn't come with couplers, still uses a substantial length of stock hose, and isn't much cheaper than a Dejon Tool.

I bought this kit and I like it. Even the couplers were descent quality. Oh and this kit is cheaper than yours:

Nothing in terms of measurable data, but definitely noticeable to my right foot.

I removed the bump stop behind my gas pedal because I wasn't getting past 80% throttle. After removal I logged 99% at WOT.

You could have just adjusted your TB cable. As a matter of fact, you still should so that you get 100% at WOT.

After several attempts to get it right it wouldn't go past 80%. So removing the bump stop was the next option and it worked.
