I have had my dejon uicp sitting for a month and decided to install it. The install went great and the car pulls great the car only boosts to 15psi which is good bcs mod too. i have licp and K&n fipk so far installed. Car feels great pulls nice with these 100+ temps i do keep my foot off the pedel because its just to hot. My question is when i took out my stock uicp it had oil in the pipe right near the bov and the other connecting pipe is this normal? The car has 118k on it now and was 100% stock when i purchased it a month or 2 back. Im also running 10w 30 Mobile 1 Synthetic oil extended performance, Along with there filter.

yes, it is very normal to have oil in your intercooler pipes untill you do the catch can mod....http://www.tgilmore.com/talon/catchcan.html
you should deff benefit from cleaning out you side mount intercooler as well, all that oil/sludge is in ther too. Take it off and clean it out with some gas or paint thinner allow ample dry time and reinstall!

Thanks. One more question though. Today i bought some new spark plugs and when i took the cover off where the wires were there was oil in there maybe 2 oz-4oz is this normal? Im also trying to remove the spark plugs and they wont budge. Ive only tried number 4 so far and the plug just spins and spins and wont come free. I have the spark plug socket that came with my tool kit and has always worked for my mustang. i dont understand why it wants to keep turning but wont come out. Do i need a special took to remove this? or does this thing spin all the way out or something?

MOST of time when you have oil sitting in the spark plug area it usually means the valve cover is cracked, very common. As far as the spark plugs just spinning, that could mean one or 2 things, 1) its all the way loose and your socket wont pull em out, or 2) its stripped. For your sake I hope its #1.

do you have a mechanics magnett? long telescopic magnett that looks like a pointer?? and is the rubber peice still inside the spark plug socket?

It has to be number one. What could i use to pull it out? the spark plug is fine i can see it has all its corners with not problem..

Edit: you know what, I have a funny feeling my socket isnt the right size is 5/8 and it always worked on my mustang but this car is different. It should be a MM socket right? what size socket do i need i have a lot of long sockets.

Yes its very normal, takeing the tube off the valve cover that leeds to the intake will decrease oil in the i/c pipes. After you remove the tube plug the hole in the intake and then put a little filter were the nipple comes off the valve cover.

well you deff dont want to start putting things in there to pull it out and make a bigger mess, best thing to do is get a new socket with the rubber boot in it- since your gonna want to use one to reinstall them with anyway. IF not one of those magnetts work great.

I would strongly suggest running out and get yourself a new spark plug socket, unless this is you only ride. In that case catch a ride.

I think hes talking about oil gathering around the plugs
