I see you have DSMLink, there's a huge thread on compound turbocharging on the Link forums, that might be a good place to look. I know it isn't exactly the same as what you're looking at but either system would require a ton of fab work and a compound turbo setup would also be able to deliver your goals.

Hmm, interesting. I like the idea of always have boost and being able to spool the larger turbo quicker. I am interested in this. Keep us updated as I am interested in how this turns out.

the eaton blower on the gtp is decent sized, after all it feeds a 3.8l v6 and is capable of quite a few psi on that motor, i had mine up to about 12psi. what about a smaller blower, like the one off of the cobalt, or similar...

the reason i suggest a smaller blower that will still allow you to spool your turbo faster is to decrease the parasitic drag of the blower...

The car in the video did that have an intercooler? Or did he mount a hidden air to liquid under the supercharger? My old boss did something like this but with a pontiac bonnaville, 3.8L v6 supercharged motor with custom single turbo kit. Badass when it was running it made my evo look like it wasn't moving, rediculously fast.

Curious though if say the turbo is at 20psi or higher and the supercharger cant keep up with the air being forced through it on the topend. there would obviously be a nice low end gain though and the capability to spool a large tubo nicely. I dont know i could be completely wrong?
I did see that Turbo magazine had a write up with a compound charged mr2 and it made very nice power and obviously nice spool
Heres a vid of the twincharged talon cruising around

in case any of you are curious, here are a few pics of the Eaton MP45 that was on my xb torn down...

Volkswagen has a new Golf model that will be factory twincharged. Hopefully some useful info on how to set one up relatively easily will come from a mass produced car with this combo. Not saying it will be easy, just maybe easier for it.
