2.4L Assembly Photos

Hey guys, just got my stroker engine back from the the machine shop. I will be posting assembly pictures periodacly during the build. Please excuse some pics, the better camera is on the way.

Very nice pics.

It looks like alot of meat was taken off of the head. Do you think that will hurt intake velocity any?

Do you mean the port job or the deck surface. Only 5 thousanths was taken off of the deck, and head was gasket matched. Not alot of material was removed during port and polish. Just the stock seams and "goose shit" were removed.
