Moncton,
Well I've been researching twin scroll tech and I've seen alot of different manifolds where the 1,2 and 3,4 runners go together, and some have 1,4 and 2,3 going together. I always thought that for it to work best you have 1,4 and 2,3 going together. Whats everyones thoughts on this?
Also I've seen dual wastegates and single wastegates. I'm assuming dual would work best as there is no way for the exhaust gasses to go back into the other runners. Whats your thoughts on this? And if you were to go with a single setup should you have the wastegate runners split upto the firing ring so the gasses can't go back into the other runners?

You are correct, a true divided setup will be the 1,4 runners together and the 2,3 runners together, with dual wastegates. It will be even better if the manifold tubes are equal length. I would personally go with dual gates.

I'll bring this one back a bit. Does anyone with a divided/twin scroll setup feel like posting pictures? Both of the manifold itself, and also how you are routing the twin dump tubes from the wastegates.

I myself am looking into a divided setup and am trying to figure out a way for it to recirculate BOTH the dump tubes into the o2/downpipe somewhere, so pictures are greatly appreciated.

I'll try to get photos of my setup later, but the best way is to make wastegate dump tubes. People with that size turbos don't do recirculating because a) it'll be more money to fab it up and b) it will most likely cause boost creeping. Dual scroll turbos along with a dual scroll manifold using two wastegates is definitely not a daily drivening car.
