Alright, I've searched here but found nothing. I used Google and found a few ideas but it wasn't DSM related but it might work.

I'm going to run a twin disk on my car and I was wondering what some of you other twin disk guys were using as a pedal stop? I don't really want to have any freeplay in my clutch pedal.

I've heard of welding a nut to the pedal and having a bolt to adjust it. Is this the common way? Or is there another easier way that wouldn't require welding?

Thanks in advance! :thumb:

So I'm guessing your pedal has a lot of play up top? Isn't that kind of annoying? LOL

I didn't do anything either for mine. I don't have much free play at the top either. I think that all cars and twin disc setups are going to be different. I have heard of doing the nut and bolt like you are talking about and people have had good luck with it.

Ya it might not be so bad for the 2gs cause they have the better clutch pedal assistance. Only thing is I want little pedal travel for quicker shifts. I'll look into what size nut I can weld onto the back of it.

please inform me on this pedal stop, is it to stop the pedal from coming all the way up? Or to prevent you from over engaging the clutch?
