Turn signal switch problem, and continuity check

Ok..so, my turn signal lights dont work, but function normally with the hazard-warning lights. My manual tells me to
check the hazard switch contact (turn signal side), and
check the turn-signal switch

With it I got a slight diagram, which honestly I have no idea what its pointing me to.
I'm assuming that this is somehow involved with the fuse that I was looking at..

I really hate electrical crap :( so please help!
 
Got it fixed, just as a followup--

Wasn't bulbs, no super fast blinking, lights still worked, etc. Was a connector by the ECU, forgot to look closer there =/ Either way if this happens to anyone else and nothing works check there, its to the left of the dead pedal, little small fuse box.
