turboxs mbc issues

I got this about 2-3 months ago, but I dont think it works correctly. I took it apart today just to make sure everything was there.

heres all the parts

heres the seals which are good.

this is the screw to adjust the boost. the seal on this is not cracked or broken either.

These are the o-rings on the top of the MBC (obvious) anyways, these are loose, and I can hear air coming out when im just sitting there with the screw turned out a few turns. Is that the problem?

Basically any setting I have it at, it will go to whatever it wants.

I hear of people often that say their turbo xs mbc's have problems..mainly spike problems I think..If there is a real issue with it then you can always sell it and buy a cheaper one like a Joe P...Not many people complain about those

what exactly do you mean by "loose"? They look just fine in the pictures

loose as in you can hear air coming out when idling and driving

That's just the way they are, the one I had did the same things you describe. Except mine actually sort-of controlled boost.

get a joe p, got one a week ago set it to 15, doesnt spike or any thing stays @ whatever i have it set @ boostcontrollers.com has them 45 shipped...

are the ways to go. just got mine this week. gotta remember to get the 1g bov beforehand next time though..haha now i'm waitin again.
