can i replace my t25 cartridge with this and use my comp. and exhaust housings and if so is this something i can do myself or do i have to send it into a shop yea i searched couldnt find it

I believe the turbine housing is the same. The compressor housing is different, it has to be machined for the larger compressor wheel.

Both housing have to be machined. Might as well send you stock T25 to FP and have them make it into a T28.
