I went to get my car inspected and a week before the check engine lite came on and it threw a code of p1104 turbocharger waste gate solenoid. i erased the code and with in 10 miles of driving it came back on. I have a manual boost controller on the car and i was just wondering where i could get the connection to the stock boost controller that we had to take off. Here is what i think the problem is..

If anyone knows where i can get that connector or if i can replace it with something else that would be great i just need to get my car inspected ASAP!

If you have the one that you took off, just plug it back in to that pigtail and leave vacuum setup the way it is. Your ecm is just seeing it has no connection to the sensor, so just plugging it back in and clearing the code should solve your problem, at least to get it inspected.

Classifieds? Craigslist? Another random DSMer that has one laying around? Junkyards maybe?
You obviously don't need it to function, you just need to make the computer feel like it's still in control long enough to pass the inspection.

Having the solenoid plugged in? I don't believe so. I turbo swapped my 1g and have a solenoid zip tied to a bracket near my ecm and plugged in just to keep the light from coming on. Doesn't seem to effect how the car has run at all.
