Turbo won't boost over 2 psi.

I have a 14b turbo and it has always spooled just fine and haven't had really any problems with it until just all at once today. It just doesn't boost. When it should normally be at full boost its around 0 or 1 psi and if I hold it til redline I'll get about 5 psi by 6500 rpms. I have heard of the 14bs being prone to cracking something but I don't know what to look for. The car doesn't seem to run rich as if from a boost leak so I think the turbo is just not making boost. I'm not sure where to start looking to see whats wrong with the car so I figured I'd ask first. Thanks,

Check and see if the wastegate arm popped off.
