Can't Boost Over 10 psi

92 Eclipse GSX. Installed Autometer boost gauage, works great. Installed Joe P MBC, may not be working. I tapped the boost source into the bov line, but that had spiking problems, so I switched it over to the turbine elbow and that problem was solved. However, no matter where I set my MBC, I can't get the boost to go higher than 10 psi. Ideas? Thank you.

is your mas hacked? also your pulling the vaccum lines from the bcs and capping everything off right?

also you might have a boost leak
