Turbo wont boost above 8 psi

I dont understand why this is happening. even when i floor the gas, it wont boost pass 8 psi. I played around with the Greddy e-01 boost controller but it wont help. Has anybody use this before? please give me some tips on its operations. Thanks

same problem here. when i bought it i was running 18 pounds with my 16g. then one day it wouldnt go past ten. tried four different boost controllers and fog tested my boost lines. still wont give me more than ten pounds. help!!!!! should i just get a new turbo?
