Turbo water return line??

Ive seen pictures of people not using the "u-shaped" line that bolts on to the turbo and then to the water pipe. Can I just ditch this line and screw in the banjo bolts all the way?

I would say that it would be a bad Idea to bypass the water cooling. My cousin's 90 gst doesnt have water cooling, so I assume it will work, but I wouldnt do it.

half of its on turbo timers, the other have is bickering over the logistics of removing the wet chra. hah

I mean the oil would be enough for my 14b without any coolant? Would I also have to take off both line? Not just my water return line? Please help me on this im confusied.

I've known people that have done it without any problems. Though I don't think you can just screw in the banjo bolts all the way. They will bottom out before you can screw them in far enough. Personally, I would just leave the coolant lines hooked up.

I already ordered it anyway so im just going to keep them on, anyone know what size wrench fits the water return line? I cant seem to find any wrench in my garage that fits it only sockets and its way to big to rachet out

If memory serves me well, I believe its 19mm.
