Turbo vs nonturbo head

I know the turbo heads have differnt cams and the oil feed line/hole but, I am wondering if they have a serial number on them somewhere(like the turbo trannys are 33) that can help you quickly identify weather its a turbo or nonturbo head. Also looking for some tips on telling the difference between a 2g turbo and 1G turbo head. do 2G's have smaller ports??? Oh, and if anyone hase any tips on how to tell weather or not a head has stock or aftermarket cams , that would be great. I know aftermarket cams sound different at an idle but i'm asking about the visual differences when the valve cover is off. Thanks.

After market cams would look a little less cast like (if that makes sense) normally with the company name imprinted on the cam. 2g heads have smaller intake ports with the upper part notch taken out (looks like a honda) so the fuel has more room to fall and create turbulence. other then the oil feed line they look similar.

1g NT and Turbo heads are identical. The oil feed line hole is there on both, it just has a cap on it on the NT. I know, because I put a turbo on my NT motor and simply took the cap out and bolted the feed line up. The cams are different but the turbo cams bolt right in with no problems. The 2g's have much smaller intake ports, you cant miss the difference. OEM cams have the letter stamp on them to signify the grind that they are "A B C D...".
