Turbo turbine wheel chipped

Well just my luck, I finished rebuilding my ebay Evo 3 and everything was to spec but it seems I didn't seat the lock ring for the housing correctly. When I was bolting it on the car I pushed against the housing slightly and the housing shot forward and chipped the turbine wheel slightly.

I know I wont be able to run it with the chip because of balance issues, but my question is if I were to find a new turbine wheel and shaft, would I have to get the turbo balanced? OR should I just scrap it and buy a new turbo? Any help or opinion is appreciated.
