turbo trouble

As soon as i boost past 5psi my turbo gives out, like its a major boost leak or the fuel cut off. but if i just ease the throttle down i can hit 12 psi. Its got a rolling idel right now. Does anyone know what it could be

Have you tried doing a boost leak test?

If if feels like you hit a brick wall than it's fuel cut..But it sounds like you just have a major boost leak..

it just stumbles real bad, i dont think its a boost leak just because of how hard it stumbles but ill try to do a boost leak test.
