:dsm:Where is the best place to put your turbo timer? And is battery relocationing hard to do? I am think about relocationing my baattery and I want to know how hard it is to do? And i just want to know the best place to put my turbo timer.:dsm::talon::laser:

There is no 'best' place to put your turbo timer. It's all on what you like. Do you like it easily visible? Do you like your interior to look stock (so you would have to hide the tt)? Do you like it within reach of the driver?

There are many places people have mounted them including in front of the gauge cluster, under the dash by your knee, under the radio, in the glove box, in the center console, etc. Pick a spot, set the tt, and see if you like it. If not, keep moving it around until you find a spot. They you can either tape it down (using double sided tape on the bottom), velcro, or some other method.

Relocating the battery isn't hard. You'll need a box that can be vented (if you want to conform with NHRA and other racing organization's rules), some wire, a distribution block for under your hood, and some terminals. You might also need some extra parts if you plan to wire a kill switch in (also in the rules for a number of racing organizations). Search on here for battery relocation and you'll get a bunch of threads about it.

For my turbo timer i was think about putting it under the dash by my knee or under the radio. But I think by my knee it would get kick or something like that. And I think under the radio and still make your car like stock. so do anyone in here have they turbo timer by there knee and how is that set up?:dsm:

i have mine down by my left knee and its just velcroed up under there so i can pull it off and mess with it if i want to.
