Do those come with there own boost pressure sending units? If not how do they read boost on cars like ours with no map sensor since the computer is not reading vacuum/boost?

I have the Blitz DTT DC timer and it came with a hose kit with a plastic tee fitting. The timer has an internal pressure transducer. All you have to do is run the hose from the timer under the dash through the steering column boot up to the intake manifold. You tee it into one of the hoses that goes from the manifold to one of the two solenoids on the driver's side. I recommend that you buy the harness as it is worth the $20. The whole install takes 1-2 hours works great. The only disappointment for me is that the digital display shows boost in hkPa not psi.

That makes a lot of sense though I dont really need another boost guage in my car, since I have 2 already. Are there any that actually read in psi on the market though?
