idk if its working like it should. when the car is running and i shut it down the timer shuts down. if i turn the key to on without starting it, then turn the key to off it counts down! could it be because the car isnt warmed up? i only moved it a few feet

Doesn't sound like it your car should stay running after you shut your car off until your Turbo Timer is done counting down then your car should shut off.

Are running it with P-N-P wiring harness for your turbo timer?

Won't the turbo take into account how long the cars been running, average speeds and rpms, and all that stuff and then run for a certain amount of time? If so, you probably didn't reach any of the preinstalled criteria for it to keep the car running.

Now if you have it set to run a certain amount of time with out any parameters being met, and no plug and play harness for it, I would imagine it would be a bad connection with a wire somewhere.

I have an HKS turbo timer and it doesn't matter how long I let the car run. The turbo timer always counts down after I turn the key off. Sounds like wiring to me but which turbo timer are you running?

you have something wired backwards. I dont recall what i did, but i was having some sort of problem that sounds like yours...it would only count down if the key was in 'acc'

if I remember correctly it was the ebrake wire.... but now I have a different car this time auto and completely forgot what wire I hooked up to the tt
