Expansion? Eh, I don’t think your tolerances on that piece are going to need to be insanely precise. I don’t think one weight of cloth is going to expand dramatically over another? I don’t want to argue about this, I am just saying ANYONE, I don’t care if you are not technically inclined, couldn't change your oil for your life, or are just retarded, you can make a form using cheap and easy fiberglass. It’s just a matter of how much time and effort you have to spare.

People on here never cease to amaze me with their cheapness. I, like everone else, am out to get everything as cheap as I can which is why if I wanted a piece like 20psi made I would just make it myself.

But with that being said I can't believe you people get on his case for charging what he said. Why should he waste 12+ hours of his life making one of these for people he has never met and doesn't know and not make any money off of it? To make a quality product that he is willing to sell and stand behind he would have alot of time and money in materials in something like this, yet you guys expect him to just give it away at cost and not get anything for it?

I mean it's one thing to ask for tips on how to do it or even pictures, and I'm sure he wouldn't mind sharing that, but to think he'd make them for people he doesn't know and make no money off of it is just stupid.

If you actually start working with fiberglass you would be amazed at how money adds up for supplies such as resin, cloth, bondo, paint, primer, etc.

Hell when I was doing my interior this past winter I spent $300 in one month just on high build primer, paint, and fiberglassing materials. It adds up alot faster than you guys would think.

It's true!. I think i easily spent $200 on primer, paint, and that damn sandpaper. I'd still rather try the adventure of building one myself.
