turbo timer blew my engine

I had a greddy turbo timer installed on my 2G and it worked for months without problem, but I went on vacation last week and it kept my car running for over 15 mins. Problem being I have manually operated slim line fans. So I ended up blowing a head gasket and screwing up a piston. I doubt there is any way to get compensation for this from greddy right?

There's NO way you could place the blame for your engine overheating on your turbo timer.

It's YOUR fault for not wiring your fans correctly.
