what is the diffrence between a normal turbo and a hybrid turbo?

normal turbo has all the parts that it would normally have, hybrid turbo has some parts that are swapped from another turbo.

normal turbo is like a normal person
hybrid turbo is like frankenstein

is there any benefits to a hybrid like which is better

hybrid is more versatile, bigger exhaust housings bigger compressor wheel etc, i'm not too experienced with turbos so hopefully someone else can also chime in
