Finally the car is back togather, ignition, wiring, cooling, intercooler, fuel system, all is on and functional. Left to do is the manifold, ic piping, downpipe, and mount the turbo. I'm running a full t04s cover with a full t4 hotside on a 1g AWD. Problem is, I'm not quite sure how to route the downpipe/ic piping. I could use the traditional mounting points, but the front motor mount doesn't like that. I thought about clocking the housing and making the lower IC pipe go over the manifold, but that's not the top idea on my list for heat reasons. My turbo has a 3.5in vband outlet.

Also at the shop is another 1g AWD with a t04r cover waiting to have a manifold fabbed and put on his car. It does clear the water pipe and radiator, but once again, how do you route the piping?

How are the "bolt-on" T4 manifolds setting it up, any input from guys running these kinds of setups? Thanks for any help!

I also have the T04S compressor but I am using the stock manifold (FP3065). I slightly
clocked the compressor outlet up and clamped a 90degree 2.5" elbow onto the
compressor outlet. It appeared it would not fit at first but after getting it all together it
fits fine.
Good luck fitting a fan ;)
