turbo on a n/t block

i have a 1992 eclipse 2.0l non turbo, with a turbo head and turbo injectors.i bought a t25 turbo off a friend who did a 1g swap on his 1996 tsi.anyway i was wondering what i need besides the manifold, o2 housing, oil lines, water lines, bov.also does any one know where to get air intakes with the bov flange welded on them ,because i dont know how to weld aluminum, other wise ill make it out of exhaust pipe. thanks.

Okay first of all your bov doesnt go on your air intake it goes on the upper ic pipe. Other tahn that you need an ic, ic piping, a boost controller and a boost control solenoid and i belive thats it.

Oh yeah you need a bigger fuel pump.

Also you can run it off your stock cylinder head. I dont think i have actually seen a set up like yours before.

well the head has bad valves so it runs on three cylinders but my brothers friend(who i got the car off of )has another turbo head. but the head is from a 2.0 turbo.
this is the first dsm ive owned where do all vacuum hoses go. i believe the vacuum on the wastegate goes to the turbo housing , is this correct? and also where do the bov vacuum lines go .if anyone has picturews they would be very helpful.thanks.

Well if you are still running your n/t pistons your compression is gonna be too high to get much out of a turbo. So, you are gonna need lower comp. pistons to turn up the psi and not blow your engine.

i dont want to put pistons in this car because i am limited on time and money. ihave another car that im working on, so i cant spend to much money on this car

You'll also need a turbo ecu, Wiring, Injector resistor pack, intercooler, downpipe, bcs, all ic pipes, bov, mas and pig tail, turbo aircan, j pipe, and you will probably need a stronger clutch if you have a 5 spd.

im getting the clutch, i have the greddy knock off bov,i have the manifold but i bought it fora 93 accord(because the dsm manifold fits a honda f22 with some modification) i was gonna put the turbo on so some of the holes are slotted now. im getting a downpipe. but i didnt think of any kind of wiring yet.

For One You are going to blow your engine with the sock internals in the NT Block Because it runs way to high of compression and if you some suceed you will get like 4-5 psi of boost maybe 5-6 like 20-40 extra horsepower

Most stock motors will hold safely up to 10psi. Sportcompact car magazine did an issue on this that included the eclipse. I wouldnt boost over 7psi myself.

You should keep your opinions to yourself. That statement is completely false. I converted my cousins n/t to turbo, and we tuned it for 15 psi. It's been like that for almost a year.
