turbo oil gasket

okay ive been building up my car and i finally have it running. i would put pictures of it on my profile but i cant find out how to delete my old one suggestions... anywho every once and a while when im driving and i come to a stop there will be blue smoke coming out of my exhaust and ive been told its due to my lack of no pcv valve. the other problem is on my oil return line from the turbo it leaks oil what could i use to seal the flange to the turbo thanks.

JUST CONTACT FUNCTION7 through thier ebay listings and tell them you want to order like 5 gaskets so you wont have to worry about it again.
