Just wonderin if anyone has had the same problem as me, i am runnin the stock 14b at 17psi. The O ring that seals the center section to the intake side leaks boost....Has anyone ever had this problem???? this has happend to 2 of my 14b turbo's....i do a boost leak test and find it leakin bad around the o-ring, anyone know why this keeps happening??? thanx

There is a exact part number for the o-ring alone. I ordered one from a dealership awhile back. Any mitsu dealer should gladly get you a part number and order it for you. Mine dried out and I replaced mine with a new OEM ring. Takes awhile but it was worth not having any more boost leaks :thumb:

Do you know the part number for it? I went to Mitsubishi when I had to replace mine and they tried telling me that you can only buy a new turbo and I couldn't find a part number anywhere else for it.

I bought that oring last year when my 14B was leaking. it was less than 2.00.
If you coat it with Hylomar HPF it wont leak again.
