I am thinking about turbo my 4g64 with about 10psi with stock piston, valves, and etc.. The real question is that is this worth the time and money on an automatic and has anyone does this before on the is site if so left me know. I think I know the parts needed 4g63 exhaust manifold, the turob, the injectors, fmic, boost controller, wideband, down piping, turbo converter, turbo catback, fmu, sfac, and is there anything else I will need to proform this mod. I just want to see how good this will feel on a 4g64.

First off, you've got a HELL of a lot more research to do. Second, no way are you going to be able to hit 10 psi on stock internals. At least not very long. You've got to think about routing for oil lines and water lines for the turbo. FMIC piping routing, etc etc. Go read some more, then come back and ask intelligent questions.

Anyways, that wasn't an un-intelligent question, he's asking for advice turboing his 4g64. I'm not exactly sure of it's similarities to the 420a, but when you see members profiles "n/t(w/ turbo) it's usually referring to a 420a.

I didn't seen anything wrong with what I said and he you got your ass on your shoulders please don't take it out on me. This is for someone who knows about it or can point me in the right direction. The 4g64 and the 4g63 are similar some ways. I just want to make sure I have everything I will need to conduct this project and be one of the fewer 4g64t out there will some boost but not serious boost cause it is an auto also.

Thank you! The 4g94 which is in the n/t sypder is a spin of the 4g63t the exhaust manifold is direct bolt on. Also if you looked at the enginee bays the intakes run in the same side making not sooo hard to do a motor swap or just use the exhaust manifold, turbo, injectors, oil lines, etc. Thanks again for taking the time and responsing on a postive note.

4g64 is not 4g94...

Anyway, you can boost it safely up to 7-8psi.
Basically exhaust manifold, injectors, oilpan, turbo, bov, intake will fit on your car. I probably missed some parts, but I just mentioned some of the bigger ones. Oh yeah, and for injectors you'll have to install the resistor box.
Also you'll need an fmic or smic and the piping for it. As for the water you can tap the supply and return into your throtle body water lines. Oil lines you can get the supply from the oil filter housing and return line you just route into the oil pan.

Check out this page too.

That's a good page. 3Gs with the 4g64 have had good results when adding a turbo. Recently a member made 326whp and 340wtq at 15psi on stock internals. Tuning is very important of course, so read up and good luck.
