turbo keeps blowing up!!!

aww!!! i am soo piss, i don't know what the hell is going on!.

ok i had a small 16g for about 4 months. and for the past month I been hearing a blender type of sound , ti'll i notice the turbo had lots of back and foward shaft play. next day ,broke the oil seal. ok no problem i had a 14b as a replacement. install it prime it, and stared it up ... perfect.

later that afternoon, i was hearing the blender kinda sound again ,this time quite louder.... 10 minutes later.....no more boost.

after that , after 3 weeks of looking for another 14b , i finaly found with no play and low miles, aww great! istall it............ blew same freaking day!!!! I DON"T KNOW WHAT TO ####ING DOOO!!!!!


Help! do oil pressure has someting to do???
I don't have an oil press gauge, but stock gauge show a little above the middle at wot.

P.S I replaced my oil everytime i replaced the turbo.

Any ideas of what the hell is going on????

P.S anybody has another 14b for sale??? please let me know!!!

How is your air filter, could be sucking something up. Clogged oil lines possible.

oil + filter change everytime , Braided lines where clean before put in , and K&N clean and oil up.

So you know for sure you got good oil pressure? How about coolant?

well i have not really check colant.

oil press ? i am not sure . I belive i have good pressure. but i am going by what the stock gauge tells me. 1/4 above the middle at wot.

i know stock boost gauge is not acurate, but i don't know about oil press.

i would personally pull the oil feed and return and blast both of them with cleaner and compressed air. are you using the stock feed point off the head?

You could get a stainless supply line from RRE. That would solve your oil pressure problem if that is in fact to blame. I would also get a better gauge.

check all lines going in and out of the turbo make sure they are in the right positon and also check your boost controller solonoid AKA (BCS)... Good Luck

I would say your coolant or oil lines are blocked, pull them all check them all for blockage ESPECIALLY the coolant lines because if u have a piece of calcium or anything plugging the hole then that would be your problem.

The last turbo I purchased and rebuilt had come from a car that was in the process of blowing up or had already blown. All of the tiny oil ports inside the turbo were blocked with small metal particles which caused the bushings to recieve no lubrication. If nothing is clogging your oil feed line, be sure there's nothing wrong inside your motor. A turbo can last a while without coolant, but it won't last a second without oil.

lines are already braided steel , and i belive they where clean when install.

the line going from your head to your turbo flows like crap and your probably starving your turbo of oil you can get a oil line relocater from extreme psi goes straight to oil filter that would be my first investment in solving that problem
