Turbo in my Stock 2g GSX

Okay, Okay, So here it is. As I have looked around for the last 20 minutes. I have been also pondering if I should even ask this question. I think I know the Answer but I want to verify. I own a Stock, unmolested '98 2g GSX. I was just looking at some of the "budget" mods on here and I got me to thinking. How can I tell if I have the T25, or the 14B. Is the 14b just on the 1g cars? this is what is confussing me alittle...Sorry

Yes. you have the t25. That is the stock turbo on 2g dsms.

if your turbo doesnt say TDO5H on it, its not a 14b.

most likely you have a t-25. Does the turbo compressor outlet exit from the top or bottom of turbo? If its exiting towards the hood of the car then its a 14b. If its exiting towards the right fender then its a t-25.

That inlet on the T28 is too big. Not identical .
