turbo flange help

I have a turbo with a flange that measures 3 7/8 by3 1/16 over all and 2 1/4 by 2 7/8 bolt hole to bolt hole I'm trying to figure out what flange size this is it's a mitsubishi tc05 12A turbo any one have any clues one site I looked at said it might be a t25 is this true

Sarion/Conquest turbo. Smaller than a 14B

I know what the turbo is I need the flange style be it t3 t4 t25 so I can get the flange to weld to my exhaust

So no one knows what flange style this is please help dont want to order wrong parts
