My dad told me a couple days ago he is buying an Eagle, its a 4-door and turbo charged, he is getting it for 500 and said he will sell it to me for the same. At first i didnt believe him that it was turbo, but he came over the other day while i was working on my car and saw my motor in the laser and said "that looks the exact same as the motor in the eagle I'm getting. My dad doesn't know much about newer cars, and Ive been to busy to meet up with him and check this eagle out. Ive looked it up and cant find any Eagle 4-door turbo. Anyone on here have any ideas of what it could be? my dad could just be B.S'ing though. :laser: :talon:

its ###### an egale summit if it is turbo you can swap the 4g63t in to it just like the doge colt that also cam turbo charged if your lucky to find one then i would say get it :thumb:

Not quite right there. while the Dodge Colt GT and Mitsubishi Mirage Turbo did indeed come equipped with a turbocharged 4g61 and are very,VERY rare, neither are 4 door. They are both boxy 2 door hatchbacks that make hellacious sleepers with upgrades or a 4g63 swap. The summit came in a similar body style, but had a 4g15. Some summit micro vans (or mini wagons, whatever) may have come with a 4g63NT and 4wd, but don't quote me. If that is the case, you could be getting a chance at somebody's sleeper project. Could even be a regular sedan. All you need for the swap is the motor, tranny, harness, ecu, axles and knuckles plus a couple odds and ends from a wrecked turbo dsm, and the mounts as well. Several people have gotten all above parts for less than $3000. Unless somebody knows of a factory eagle that had the 4g63t I believe you have a chance at the almost perfect sleeper. You should see the looks one peoples faces when a very high end sports car gets totally owned on the highway by one of those. I saw it once. I'll never forget the Evo drivers face when he got walked like he was standing still by a 12 year old econobox. ROFL :tease: ROFL

thnx for the replies, i still hvnt had a chance to check out the car, or get ahold of my dad, i might buy it if it is what he says it is, he saiid that a 19 year old girl owned it. im kinda broke right now, i just droped 2700 into my car, but well see

not to ressurect an old thread, but could this be an eagle vision maybe? I don't know anything about those.

Whether they originally came that way is one thing, but there was one of those at the Shootout this past August. It was pretty neat. Like a precursor to the AMS Evolander-thingy.

GVR4s are cool. :sneaky:
