turbo cooling lines

is it necessary to have them hooked up? will it cause any problems to leave them unhooked?

i would think so, there on the turbo for a reason i would think, but dont know for sure. You might be able to get away with it, it would prolly not help the turbo last a good long time though. O and you would have to do sumthing so your not spraying coolant all over the place.

I've heard of people leaving the coolant lines undone but never the oil lines. That seems like it would be a critical part of the cooling process on the turbo. No oil... um... seals go real quick, turbo fan breaks.. ... ... Big Mess!

Why would you want to leave the lines undone anyyways?
Its not like there to hard to reinstall.

They're mostly on there for looks. Just like the radiator and hoses.

Oh, did you want to _run_ this engine?

Yes, they're just about crucial. You _can_ run without them, but it'll cut seriously into the tubo's bearing life.
