turbo coolant feed

My turbo coolant feed on top(right below the thermostat housing) is welded shut from the previous engine owner running just an oil cooled turbo.......can I run the coolant setup for my new turbo without this? (feed it from somewhere else or something) cause I really dont wanna drill into the little feed hole that is welded if there is an easy other way

You can try to TEE off the coolant lines that run to the Oil filter housing.
