Well since my car can only idle and rev I start it up once a day and try and waste the 7 month old gas. But anytime I wot white smoke comes out the exhaust, turbo seals maybe or could the old gas be causing this?

makes complete sense. Injector seals are worn out and letting pressure out.

If your injector seals were worn out leaking boost, you would run very rich. You would be leaking 'counted' air and your ECU thinks there is more air than there really is. If this was the case, there would be black sooty smoke.

White smoke is usually water/coolant.

Why can your car only idle and rev?
