Alright guys just got my FP race mani and my hardware kit.. Go two long bolts and two short bolts and looks like 8 washers?

So do I not get nuts to go on the other side? (guy before me has some Home Depot bolts and he had but in the other side just not sure if I'm missing parts

Also what side does long/short ones go?

And do two washers go one one side of the bolts?

Uhh... what? The bolts go through the manifold and thread into the turbo. There aren't any nuts.

And I really, really hope you can figure out which bolts go where just by looking at the manifold. If you can't, perhaps you should find a mechanic.

I'm very good with turbos but honestly never payed attention to the bolts I usually end up taking it off with the manifold.. So I guess I will have to figure out how the hell this guy got a nut on the other side or what the heck he has going on and the manifold flange doesn't tell me what length bolt goes where? Lol

The stock bolts are all going to be the same length because of the flange design on the stock manifold. On the FP manifold, the flange design requires two long bolts and two short bolts. This graphic I put together shows why:

Two of the bolt holes are significantly longer which is very obvious when looking at the FP manifold.

Gotcha my bad hadn't really looked to much at the new one figured it was the same looking flange as the stock LOL thanks!

Im about to be putting on a new exhaust manifold too, and im having a similar issue as far as my turbo was bolted to the mani with nuts and bolts, some idiot before me drilled the threads out of the turbo, you think this will be a problem? Im thinking about running a jm fab manifold and just finding some good short nuts and bolts for all four corners, i hope this works?

That's my concern as well is that my threads are probably gone a swell. :(
