turbo bolts coming loose

my four bolts keep coming loose. ive read people say tihgten them when their hot and i have done that but it just doesnt seem to work,nothing is wrong with the bolts they tighten down, i have used locktite and tried to get it to stay but they just wont seem to stay...i lag during boost it shows im boosting 10psi but its so bad that it just sits their and will kick in every other second then lag again...im goin insane i just replaced the front mount and all piping to eliminate the boost leaking from pipes..im told to check the chaust manifold for cracks which i will be doing...anything else that oculd be causing this lag??

Use oem turbo to manifold lock washers,two on each bolt, and for your lag problem check for boost leaks/exhaust leaks

Like fwdmaster said, you need to use the oem "cone" washers. p/n MR187848. Use 2 per bolt. Stack them so that the dots on the washers are facing away from each other.
