Ok the issue i believe is my turbine wheel might be gone. The previous owner had a longer compressor seal coller installed which did not seal the oil shield from air. I just put in the correct shorter collar that seals off the oil shield from air and now when i tighten down the wheel it tightens it too far down where it wont spin

So what are my options? Do i need a new turbine wheel or can i slap the wheel and finger tighten the bolt? The wheel doesnt walk at all and takes a bit of force to get it to come up the shaft. Thanks

You used the wrong thrust hardware. The oil deflector plate I guess you would call it (http://www.rl-turbo.com/uploadfile/2012/0112/20120112113053463.jpg) The 14B is a flatback and uses a different plate, and requires the longer thrust collar. Superback type wheels (16g/20g and such) use the plate that is included in tradergregs rebuild kit. So clean off the stock plate and use that along with the new and longer thrust collar.
