2G turbine wheel damage blade

My guess would be overboosting or oil starvation causing shaft play.

The blades look swept over and the housing looks scuffed from contact, I'd say bearings are toast and it hit the turbine housing, eventually broke the blades shown.

Turbine hit the housing, one of the blades broke instead of bending. That's all I could possibly tell you without pulling it down and inspecting everything- looking at it from the outside and trying to guess what happened is like looking at a blown engine with a puddle of oil on the ground below your car and guessing where it's coming from with the hood closed.
