Tuning issue ( SAFCII)

I seem to be having a tuning issue with my 93 TSI. i just swapped a 6bolt running a 16g, rc 550s, fpr, walbro 255 pump, front mount, 2g MAF, and a 3" exhaust. my problem is, at 5k to redline i am having to go deep into the + side of my high throttle tune. my wide band is either at 10.0 or 12. + in that range. my fpr is set at 43psi -vac. so i dont think i am having a fuel delivery problem. can anyone assist me, if i left out any vital info please let me know, so i can get this problem solved.





EDIT* also i am boost creeping from 15psi up to 18psi by redline.

HAve you changed any setting in your ECU? It almost sounds like your ECU is battling and trying to over come the changes at higher RPMs.

Sounds like some kind of problem . you could change your filter and go from there. also check your strainer on your walbro.

^^^^^WOW! that brings back memories. Had to drain drop the tank and clean mine. This also caused me tuning issues.

Mine was super bad, that was when i first got it. Had to do the same thing over again when i switch to e85. Once you go through your first 1-2 tanks and 2 filters your set.
