Tuning in Houston, Texas

Does anyone know of a really good place to go that knows a lot about our cars in the Houston area, or even Dallas or San Antonio? I feel that I am reaching a plateau in my tuning knowledge and I am ready to put it in the hands of a professional for fine adjustments. The only thing I really don't have (and I guess I should have) is a datalogger, but I've been reading for hours and decided that simply having one won't do my any good if I don't understand what I'm looking at. I would really just like to meet in person someone who knows their stuff and can get me back on the right track.
