Tuning help... New Log.

Ok, so we went out tuning today. Unfortunately there was a lot of traffic and nasty road conditions so I was only able to log one pull. I really didn't like the results, the data was kinda crappy and the car wasn't acting right either. I had a lot of hesitation above 4500-5000 rpm, backfiring, bubbly burbleing exhaust tone. Anyway, here's the log, any interpretations and/or suggestions would be appreciated. 3rd gear pull started at 1800rpm ended at 5281rpm

A little more info...92 octane
My SAFC settings as follows:

Lo-800/+5 1200/0 1800/0 2400-6000/-7 6600-7200/-10
Hi-800-1200/0 1800-4200/-5 4800-7200/-10

Mods: 550's, 255 pump, AFPR, intake, 3" turbo-back(no-cat), MBC(10psi), hacked 1G maf(no airbox), 2 1/2" UICP

I don't understand why I am knocking so much but I plan to check the sensor in the morning. Any ideas? Thanks for any help you can offer.
