New Awd Tsi, What to do ? Plugs Changed, Wires Done, Timing done, Fluids Flushed and maintained, engine doesnt overheat, Nothing looking wrong. I've had a few built tsi's before just this one is a new project, had some help last time but this time im looking to do it myself.
Problem 1: The Alternator belt squeals, I know it needs to be tightened, i just want a diagram or some steps on how to tighten it.
Problem 2: I heard a i loud grinding noise from the back driverside wheel, I popped the wheel off and looked at suspension, axels, Half-shafts, and found nothing, i shook the rotor and it was loose? Wheel Bearing maybe?
Problem 3: I have 5 Gauges in my car and none of them Light up?
Problem 4: A Slight Clicking from the crank side, Not sure, i've been told oil pressure. Not loud and only when the car is cold or idoling
Problem 5: Maybe a boost leak-http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/newbie-forum/372709-boost-problem.html

Any suggestions of things that will help are greatly appreciated, Thanks!:D

#1 - idk
#2 - sounds like you've got it already LOL
#3 - trace the wiring, and if there is none use the search to find out how to wire them
#4 - lifter tick... normal.
#5 - IC Pipe Tester

good luck

when you say you have no lights on your gauges.....are they after market i assume? if so its an easy fix. find a GOOD GROUND (no paint) ground your ground wires. take your power wire and run it to a 12v constant and then take your illumination wire and run it to a 12v when ignition is on. done:applause:
