OK, right now my car is in the process of a complete restoration back to a stock 90 gsx. The guy before me had a
-20g setup with internal gate
-650 injector,
-264, 272hks cams
-255 fuel pump,
-2.5 turbo-back, and all run with a stock rebuilt ecu, and a SAFC2.

My question is if i go back to a stock 14b and bypass the SAFC what will the ecu be able to compensate for?
-my injectors? would i have to go back to my 450s thats prob. a givin?
-Will the ECU be able to compensate for the Cams, Exaust,
-and Fuel Pump?

let me whats up.
thanks

You shouldn't be running the 255 without an aftermarket AFPR. That's not something the ECU will deal with. You could tune for a higher base fuel pressure, but it's better to use an AFPR that will be able to flow enough for the 255, so you can still keep the normal base fuel pressure. The stock ECU should be able to handle intake/exhaust/small mods like that.

It can't deal with bigger injectors though. You would need stockers, or a chip to compensate. It should be pretty easy to find somebody in the classifieds that's getting rid of stock injectors, cheap to free. Hell, I'm going to have a set of stockers pretty soon when I get my 1150's.
