Trouble Turning over

I bought my car a few weeks ago and have worked out a few problems it had but this one and another. The one I'm working on now is my car takes about 3-4 secs of cranking before it starts, but it starts everytime. Sometimes it takes longer that 4 secs and if I stop cranking early the car shakes and dies. But after it's on it idles fine at around 650rpms and drives perfect.

side note: my other problem is my wheel makes a weird noise it "wooshes" for lack of a better term, the faster i go the louder/faster the wooshing gets. Could it be caused by my lowering kit/camber kit or is it something fixable?

Well it could be anything, look at your suspension again, did you install it.

I did not install it. But its got koni yellow struts eibach pro kit and an stm rear camber kit along with some 18s on low pros. It all looks fine to me but I'm not an expert. I thought maybe a tire was out of balance or something.

Sounds like you're dropping excessive fuel pressure when it's off (should stay there for days). Check for a leaky fpr or fp check valve.

Check wheel bearing for other noise problem.
