When we swap the 1st gen in his 95 talon, he got everything hook up and bought the cam position sensor wire too and once everything was hook up he started it and i think it only ran for about 5 mins ( don't know if it was idling rough wasn't their when he started it ) and died then he thought it was the gas so he got new gas didn't help and i think he said it wouldn't even crank over so right now its sitting in the snow on a trailer and i got to thinking what if the timing was mess up so i went and look but the first thing i check was the firing order and notice it was right after i check online so i think i got that but i tried to start it ( can bearly reach it because the window wont roll down and the door only opens far enough to reach in their ) and it didn't start it wouldn't crank over at all, so i check the fuses under the hood and notice the ignition 30a fuse was blown and the 40a or 100a alternator ( forgot the size of amp )was blown so i changed the 30a fuse with the radiator/fan fuse which is 30a too and the car will start but the window still wont roll down and the rest of the fuses are good. Now with the alternator fuse it said choke under alternator does that mean i need it to help start the car or what? And how do i open the trunk, the latch part in the car next to the seat doesn't work i pull on it and it wont open and i think my friend tried the key and it still didn't open. If you need more info or something let me know i would love to get this started.

Any Idea?

Okay that was a lot of information to try and read...

First of all just for clarification you put a 1st gen motor into the second gen correct?
The fuses will most likely not be the same if your using the 2g fuse-box, check the sizes of the fuses for the first gen motor and replace with those ones.

As for the trunk, your going to have to to pull off the interior piece that sits against the trunk wall and open the lock from the inside
