Transmission Noise... Rebuild?? Cost?? Thoughts?

I Finally finished rebuilding my Eagle Talon TSi for the second time. I took it for a test drive and found a few issues like clutch slippage, driveline noise, and a couple leaks. I was able to cure everything except the driveline noise. I swapped out transfer cases and the noise still didn't go away. So I know the noise is coming from the transmission. Sounds kind of like it is a bearing noise. Its fairly loud. That transmission also has an outer shaft seal leak on the drivers side of the tranny. Unfortunalty that transmission was just rebuilt like 10,000 miles ago. So I have a second transmission that I was going to rebuild and just swap out. If anyone has any suggestions, or ideas of how much on average a rebuild costs I would appreciate it. I am doing all my own work. TIA!

I bet that bearing noise from your tranny is the front diff going out. Sounds like its on its way out. However if the noise sounds more like marbles bouncing around it may be your throw out bearing. Does the transmission shift normal and drive normal?
